el derecho internacional y la obligaci\u00f3n legal vinculante de que cada pa\u00eds miembro utilice las normas internacionales como base para los reglamentos t\u00e9cnicos nacionales, de que los reglamentos t\u00e9cnicos no sean m\u00e1s restrictivos para el comercio de lo necesario y de que se actualicen o cancelen los reglamentos t\u00e9cnicos obsoletos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-heading\"><strong>Reglamentos y normas t\u00e9cnicas<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Art\u00edculo 2: Elaboraci\u00f3n, adopci\u00f3n y aplicaci\u00f3n de reglamentos t\u00e9cnicos por instituiciones del gobierno central<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>2.2: Los Miembros se asegurar\u00e1n de que no se elaboren, adopten o apliquen reglamentos t\u00e9cnicos que tengan por objeto o efecto crear obst\u00e1culos innecesarios al comercio internacional.
